Guy got his old job back. The head of legal (new CAO) is the former First Data guy. Let's admit it Fiserv is gone. The only thing left is the name, maybe a few business units.
Guy is 60, Frank is 61. They have made millions why don't they retire? Oh probably because of greed, the need for power, and status. Got to impress all of those other executives in NYC.

If Guy is such a great tech leader, make him the CTO. Instead he pretends to be and takes all the credit for what the CTO does and micromanages them. Why would you want to be the CTO at Fiserv when Guy takes all the credit? How is that ExaCC project going?
Guy is far from respected in the tech community.

Guy is one of the most respected tech leaders in business. Complete respect by all in the tech field. If you care about Fiserv we should be delighted he is still here. Part of the solution for sure.
