If it's frozen till Q1 layoffs are certain which usually happens in Sept / Oct timeframe ge-z there is no break from this cycle i am getting very tired.
Yes some req’s are opening but they need senior leader approval. Normal reqs are still frozen until

Atleast in our BU (SJC) they onboarded a new grad this week, not sure about any hiring freeze in our BU
