Looks like a lot of BU's have prepared a list and are ready to go. My manager behavior totally changed suddenly cancelled all my 1 on 1's , humiliating me in team meetings for smallest of things. I have resigned to my fate and started looking outside, not sure why and how this company is voted best place to work when they are doing yearly culling and sometimes twice a year.

No layoffs planned. No layoffs will be announced during earning call. No point in spreading rumors
big LR to be announced during Q4 earnings call.
When will it start? 1st aug?
That's called Stockholm Syndrome.
I think at the end of the day it really point down to who is your manager. They can either lift u or break u. However having said that given my past experience, changing of manager is so frequent in Cisco. I feel if u are under a good manager you will know why Cisco is the best place to work in. Else everything is fake if your manager is a bad one.
I left Cisco previously cuz I feel I didn’t get any support from my hiring. But somehow I feel I still wanna head back cuz I feel it’s just at that point in time I didn’t meet the correct hiring manager. Just wondering will it be the same
Not all sales positions are coming back. Many AMs and SAs positions are being eliminated.
What BUs?
The company is not "voted" best place to work. Rankings are bought, not voted...

I have plans in my backyard. I do pruning every year that stimulates rigorous growth next summer. Same principle. Nothing wrong about it. Dead branches need to go.
