Customer Service transmission to MSP / HCL

Few months after announcement and few months left to Change in Control. What is your experience with the transition of Customer Service to HCL? Any juicy anecdote? Despair?

Experience with MSPs is not good. Poor quality work, no practical experience that might avoid them making big mistakes (eg entering values in a lubes price list 100 times higher than a regular price).
And you can't even console yourself by saying that quality will improve over time when the operators move up along the learning curve because of the high turnover. In the end, you keep permanently training and supporting people who are supposed to support you 🙄...
