Anyone have insight on why some people get blacklisted after working for Nike and are unable to get any other jobs with the company? It seems like it’s random. I know a few people that left on good terms, were great at their jobs and can’t get an interview and then others that I’m shocked have been hired back. Being blacklisted from such a large employer eliminates a lot of job opportunities for people that already live in the area.

Check with BLM.
ETW's can become black listed if you are working with too many recruiters and your resume is flooding the system. That can happen everywhere, not just Nike.
Why would you want to work there again it's not worth it
I am Blacklisted in the Flex system but not for an FTE position, go figure! In addition, there seems to be something in the consulting community as I all but get an offer to then work on the Nike account…. And it dries up. Weeks later I get a call from Nike HR for an FTE gig. This is all years ago. I am on the list because I mixed business and pleasure and the other party wasn’t happy at the ending so….
I was blacklisted once. It's horrible.
It's definitely random.
