Is there anything that can stop this leadership from further destroying the company? It’s sad what they’re doing and things have really gone too far. It is not normal when the situation becomes such that employees start guessing what the next bad move of those at the top will be and when they lose all trust in their leadership.

Well paid dimwit.
@1tjj+1c1ixBnj burped '... good benefits ...'
Oh, bless your heart. You really are just one of those adorable dimwits, aren't you?
The leadership is paying lots of workers, good pay, good benefits. Bellyache much?
Who cares what they do?
We haven't had good leadership since divestiture.
Roll with the flow, fly low.
They have a lot of $$$$...get all you can.
Make AT&T Great Again!
I think the OP must be a new T employee.
Consider this your real onboarding orientation.
Everyone I know lost their faith in leadership a long time ago, and simply don't care anymore.
Wait ... you mean you only now came to this realization? Good grief! Most T employees I know have been trying to anticipate the next bonehead move, the next spectacular flameout, and the next inevitable round of mass layoffs since 2015.
As far as no longer having faith in leadership ... what sort of blind T-su---r ever had faith in either Rat or Stink? Those two showed their total incompetence a very long time ago.
Looks like the new normal to me.
