There are always exceptions, but unfortunately, newbies are not people who are experts but those who are desperate.

I am actively negative recruiting EM through all my networks. People I care about and people they care about deserve better than the shotshow that is currently in place.
If I can make 100K right out of college I don’t care how toxic the company is - I can leave and use that salary as leverage in like 1-2 years - worth it
They are hiring? For the foreseeable future I'm pretty sure the strategy is to use cheap offshore labor.
