This is not the only company that has become obsessive with agile. I have a friend in a company where there is also a great craze for agile, although it does not bring any results, just as I do not see any results at Fiserv. Why are they trying to push agile as a solution to all the problems in this company?

The only reason to do Agile is if you do Continuous Deployment, which we dont do.
So its pointless.
Agile = Meetings, endless painful time wasting where everyone sits endlessly listening to some blow hard......non-stop talking for hours...
about stupid stories in some backlog....and endless meeting about refining stories......aka...nothing gets done....and carbon-dioxide being produced from all the endless talking contributes to global warming...
Fiserv IS NOT A BIG COMPANY. Large international (and domestic) companies have solid business plans, marketing presence, sound and executable career path tracks for all employees and reliable (and actionable) HR. FISERV is a low end “organization”, not a company
I think it is burnout occurs and the projects get dropped.
Please don't laugh; problem I see burndown curve always ended going up
Agile is a great concept, but you need the architecture to support CI/CD. It seems like the new VP's grab onto the latest buzz words and implement them without thinking about what it would actually take to properly implement. Then the project get dropped half way through the implementation.
Fiserv is a huge company. Do you think your experience is the same as others? Are you the one that keeps posting on here about Agile all the time. Agile can work, if done correctly. My guess is (I am not on a team where Agile is being pushed on us) it isn’t going to be implemented well.
