Its probably too much work for Tony to increase the 401K match mid year. Paperwork and math and stuff. Besides this will give him time to figure out what other benefits they can cut to pay for the match.

Here is a list of great companies https://fortune.com/best-companies/2021/ and look number 2 on the list. They publish their benefits, and CapitalOne is number 9 with 6% 401k match and 15%espp. Maybe Fiserv should step it up a like these real companies and stop playing games with cost shifting and micromanagement.
Wow, HR Is in full force trying to do damage control on all the negative comments. Did the financial reports show that during the last quarter senior executives shifted the cost of cell phones on to employees, and delayed merit increases to make those numbers look great? The next thing will be laptop costs will be shifted to employee's and they will dump most of the IT Support staff.
Maybe you should restore the ESPP to 15%, get better medical and increase that 401k match to be like other respectable Fortune 200 companies.
Not true, 401k “match” is 3% and was 3%, it is on the first 6% of your contribution is what you are confusing…
401K matching used to be 6%.
And we arent getting it back till 1/1? Will it be backdated then to repay us the money that we are owed?
Sorry try again your negative comments can’t obstruct fantastic results!
hopefully Bob doesn't shift around in his seat so much while describing the book-cooking scheme ... it makes the investors uncomfortable
Stock up pre-market to 113!
Lol yeah I love HR's email that comes off as "we could've fired you but instead we decided to take away your match" while the company simultaneously blew FAT chunks of money on "Back2Business" and Clover advertising. I feel so blessed that the company puts employees first !!
And 401K restored to 3% on 1/1
Yikes.. HR is on here full-force this morning spamming the board with unethical lies.
