I was sick of all the BS. So what did I do? I quit instead of bi-----g about it. I laugh at all the people that comment about how bad things are but just keep doing those things. Either you are being overpaid for what you do and that is why you aren't leaving or you are too lazy to go and find another job, in which case, you are overpaid and can't leave. People that are so frustrated that they need to come on here to vent, need to do something about it.

I guess I missed the part where people can't simultaneously look for a better job while venting about the horrible way in which their current place of employment is run.
I respect what you did. You recognized the terrible working conditions and that you can't change them or work under those conditions. You quit! Good for you and good luck in your endeavors.
Complaining and waiting for layoff is wiser. Then you get unemployment
