@indo+1c32isB8 Thanks for posting this. Any word on whether employees were transferred to another firm? eDiscovery Point is still advertised on the public website even now - "award-winning technology designed and supported by teams with decades of experience developing litigation technology"
I didn't believe it initially but it is true:
"I have gotten first hand confirmation that TR did fire the entire eDP account exec/product specialist team without notice on the 26th.Furthermore, clients had no notice and terminated eDP personnel were not allowed to contact clients. This is not how you conduct business when supporting discovery with tight deadlines and serious consequences for missing production dates. I wish all the eDP team the best luck in finding new roles. I will never recommend any TR service or product in RFP engagements based on this behavior."
