Now IBM says are gone. IBM is no more a company to work for. To grow in career, you have to file random sh---y patents so they can sue third party in future with those patents.

Also, only non technical and sales people can grow till exec level. Techy will be at band 9/10 doing nothing.

Amazing thing is IBM can't hire good developers because they don't have money for devs. Only for non technical execs.

Arvind will make some money for few years then retire. By then IBM will be trash. Ginni did the same. Revenue down from 100+ billions to 75+ billions. Arvind is same. He would do 75+ to 35-40 billions when he retires. Note kyndrl revenue of 20+ billions will be already down by next year. So Max is 50-55 cap. Arvind can't maintain that. They are comparing results with 2020 quarter then also negative.

It means IBM has once again missed the boat. Too late for cloud now - IBM should have gone all-in 10 years ago. Now all the big money and momentum is going elsewhere. It will be interesting to see what management tries to convince us and Wall Street is the next big thing once cloud all-in strategy fails. And we will fail at that too because whatever it is, we aren't working on it NOW and will only begin once some other companies become the first-movers and start making the big bucks.

IBM: always chasing the puck.
