Debt. What debt? Life is good.
If T was so damn worried about cutting costs, they wouldn't have dug the ho-e they're currently in carrying an estimated $160B in debt. That's how large corporations roll...earn and spend...it's that simple! T is no different than any other telecom or fortune 100 company. It's just now the employees are having to pay the price for repeated gargantuan mistakes!
Have you been living under a rock? The mass exodus has been occurring since they announced the benefit changes. Tons of people with years of experience and knowledge are now voluntarily leaving. I see it day to day, with peoples lack of knowledge now the SME's are gone. Things are taking longer and more mistakes are being made. You really don't see it, or are you turning a blind eye?
Cutting cost is a good thing. Whining about it is easy when it isn't your money being spend and you just want to keep taking.
The leadership WANTS the older folks retiring starting this Year, that is why they are eliminating Benefits, reducing Pension Calculations and taking away Vacation Days, so it starts this year and leadership does not care
