Just about every company that tops the stocks has a spectacular decline. How much value has GE lost since its prime? Is it still relevant?

Ok - a little bit dated but to the point.
Good pod.

Ultimately, EM's ability to shift not only objectives, but the way to speak about them is simply not existing. Repurposing - as others are doing - in EM's mind is going Agile.
10 years behind as always.
