Most will because we were told they want 60 % back in the office , but hybrid. 3 days in / 2 days home. Now they have the exception that you cannot go in unless vaccinated so that might be more home

Our whole team is converting to based-at-home. I only went in once or twice a month pre-COVID, and have no need to go to an office to work with people in India and other parts of the US. I've never seen any of them except on Teams, so spending $20 a day to travel to a cubicell makes no sense.

Probably the new college hires. They'll join BNY and leave in a year without ever setting foot in the office.

We already have one employee on the team based at home, and the manager is resistant to add any additional. I'm curious on what the metric is and how management is deterred from this option. My manager went so far as to state my position is threatened if it is based at home, because the company could mandate the position must be in-office at any time. Some accommodation would be beneficial to both parties.
