Of success and leadership has been a disaster for decades. How in the world does it pass the sniff test that at a public company this size a son in law of the CEO succeeds the CEO? Then you replace that CEO with his sidekick of the past decade? As an employee don't exert too much effort and as a shareholder you should have dumped it all a while back. The remainning dividend and income players are going to unload in droves. Stankey and Stephenson comp should have been linked all to share price and not overpaying, fire sale, rinse and repeat exercises.

Stock has been down for quite awhile. That is a reflection of poor leadership. 2 CEOs on CRAMER’s Wall Of Shame. Not good. If you bought $400,000 of T 3 years ago, you now have $300,000. Not good. Just facts.
Rob? Workers are getting paid. Shareholders are getting paid. You just greedy and trying to get more. Stop whining. Try harder.
I don't understand it either. Ratty and Stinky must be blackmailing the BoD. The largest shareholder, Black Rock would rather go after the BoD of Exxon for climate change than the corrupt BoD of T which they are loosing $ in droves?
Bottom line, the T toxic environment, that robbed the employees, customers and shareholders will never abate until Ratty, Stinky, Poppin' Fresh and all the members of the BoD leave.
