The PIPs are-a-flyin this week in the permian!!! Nice to see some who got the pip. Well deserved. Some, i cant believe they got pipped. Some, i can’t believe they didn’t. What a screwed up company.

They are getting some really good hands this go round. And upper management refuses to acknowledge why people are voluntarily leaving in droves?

Has to be one of the egotistical so called leaders on Permian. I had to laugh at who was moved to leadership positions there. I’m sure their number will be called soon.
@1msg+1c4nTggc I thought they were there to teach you how to really run things because all you did last 10 years is lose money. Since they came Permian is making money - I see some correlation. Looks like you are intimidated by their intelligence

All those who went from UIS, RTD need to be PIPed without hesitation. The brown people should specially be punished for all the Brown nosing
