Drop the C, there is so much dead wood (especially at higher levels) inside Cisco that are eligible for LR!
These deadwood folks never meet customers, lack real world industry knowledge, all they do is internal initiatives/slideware and slow things down... no wonder Cisco is steadily loosing its relevance with customers using legacy hardware in cloud/saas world.

You should also be asking who is eligible for interest free mortgages. There is a different caste of employee perks at Cisco.
