Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

LDS Supervisors and Managers

First of all these LDS supervisors and managers couldn’t stop the high attrition and most of the best people left the organization and now again they couldn’t represent the team well in the rankings and gave better ratings to their favorites instead of better performing employees. Please expect more attrition. You guys must take the responsibility and leave the organization.

LDS = Learning Delivery Services, MSPd now.
CLO = Corporate Learning Organization, to be MSPd soon. The lady leader of CLO is still there cleaning up the mess and incompetence and collect millions and retire soon.

Interestingly, this is LDS thread and hardly any comments or insights from LDS or CLO team.

Clinton is special in favoritism. Its shady VP, worthless manager, and Bshitter lab directors have always preferred looks, certain gender and their capability to celebrate management birthdays etc or simply those who stop by in their office for nonsensical chat (constant sooking up) as a way to identify the new generation of useless leaders and promote them.

Re: Clinton Setup
You guys or folks just don't understand tax write-offs and capital despendature.
EM has not lost a dime from PBO reloc or the schmanzy tubepipes in Clinton.
Once it is all shut down, probably will continue to have tax cash rebates for a decade.
Who will buy that 40-year-old mansion on the hill?
Doesn't matter.

I started the ExxonMobil vaccine about 8 years ago.
That is eight wasted years of constant re-jabbing - annually if not daily.
I even wear a daily mask - I don't dare tell anyone I work for this reputable company.

I understand the PiL letter waivers have no standing as it is an intimidatory work practice.
At least in Louisiana.

See you all way down the road.

@ioe - you’re not kidding ! It should have been obvious from the BS that the Paulsboro folk were given for why the NJRSC made sense. Managers honestly expected us to believe their story, when a 5-year old could have seen there was no logic in it.

When we moved up to Clinton, I told my boss that I thought Clinton would close in the next 10 years. He told me I was wrong. I wonder if he knew that management would likely write off R&D in 5 years ??

There is no hope for this company. I have seen it for years. The blatant favoritism over performance. If they pip good performers the good will leave. It is insulting to high performers to see such injustice.
