We lost two more people this past week. One person hasn't worked long enough to get his first paycheck. The turnover is ridiculous. It is not cost effective to keep hiring people just to see them leave in the first couple of weeks. What is the problem? I don't get it, I really don't.

"When they took away PTC they took away “the voice” for a lot of associates."
Absolutely, this is the reason.
How do you NOT get it? This company treats their associates like sh-t!!! It's as simple as that!!! Our managers at my club are horribly rude and disrespectful. Why would anyone stay for such treatment?
When they took away PTC they took away “the voice” for a lot of associates. They were the driving force orientations and being the “go to” person for new hires. Putting that into the hands of managers and leads is a joke. They don’t have time. You need in club HR. Labor relations. A middle man. If there was ever a time for Unions to infiltrate Walmart/Sam’s Club it’s now. When they have no in Club HR. It’s really sad. New hires are lost. Thrown to the wolves and quit. Waste of money. Do it right. Hire right. Train right. Treat right. Then maybe there will be decent retention,
Terrible place for the past 10 years and especially now with the terrible team leads! Please don't let those people "lead" you...they know not what they're doing!
On top of the two who left our club this week, just learned another associate is leaving and two others are looking to reduce from FT to PT spots. We have good people being treated so badly that they cannot stand the pressure. The front end is especially stressful, pushing all the time for credits and upgrades.
I put my 2 weeks notice in and these managers are so petty the hold everything against you and make it personal smh.
