An entire state in Australia is locked down. People can't go more than 5 km from home -- if they do, they are subject to a $3000 fine.
That is draconian.
I am vaccinated. I am wearing a mask. I will hold you antimask aholes personally responsible if a draconian lockdown happens.

I'm fully vaccinated & still wear a mask even before we were told to wear them again. I'm protecting myself! In the last month I've had 2 employees both fully vaccinated for months get covid. It's hard enough to get anything done with the payroll we are given, I rather have my employees safe & working

Breakthrough case is is 0.007% for fully vaccinated people. This is totally political. Why don’t customers have to wear masks if it is that much of an issue? People that can’t get vaccine for one reason or another wear the mask in store already. I’m in an area that is 65% plus vaccinated. Masks are not needed
Fook ‘em. You can walk into any cvs or rite aid or wags. Or Kroger. Or Meijer. It’s free. If they don’t want to Vax they can stay home or get a N95. I’m done.

- There are large numbers of people who want to be vaccinated, but for various reasons haven't been able to yet. Think people who have no way to get to a vaccination site, short of getting in someone's dirty Uber and taking your chances with the Uber driver. There are people with privacy concerns and are trying to identify ways to protect their privacy while getting vaccinated.
Long story short, automatically assuming that someone isn't vaccinated purely because of their choice is incredibly ignorant.
- The delta variant can infect vaccinated people (look up breakthrough cases). This doesn't happen as frequently, but it is high enough that it is a major public health concern.
Before you ask: I'm fully vaccinated, and did my part helping people get to vaccination sites, and I still wear a mask. Because I took the time to understand the issues, instead of pretending I am a know-it-all.
Ridiculous. Mask up to protect the unvaxed? Them not being vaxed is on them.
