Is it the union or company pushing this..I think more of the outside forces will be getting sick with the new covid surge

The Union is pushing for it. Why would saving on fuel and wear and tear on your vehicle benefit the union. Why be happy in your job? Oh yeah cause the Union is worried about it “breaking up” when nobody is getting everyone riled up at a work center……keep the bitterness going amongst the ranks.
They are scared you will be happy and really not need them for your job. It only helps the worthless employees.

wow, as a worker in the same industry, i gotta say most of you sound like spoiled brats. quit if your so miserable. im sure most of you will still have your mortgages and childrens education to pay for. ask yourself who gave you that oppurtunity? as i see it every day, most field workers just park in front of their job and sit for hours, doing nothing. get your vaccine and just go to work.

As a retired second level...i wish I stayed in union..as for those of you who bash the union..is it because you failed to pass the test to get the job and your hands are burned from making coffee at starbucks

There isn’t going to be a next strike. Contract will be extended until we’re all retired. Unless we die of COVID first!!!!
The last strike we didn’t picket in front of the garage. Union figured it was more effective to picket in front of the wireless stores. So if there is another strike I’m assuming that will be done again
