I have around 8 years experience in C/C++ in networking domain. I got an offer from Cisco which is $150K per year (includes everything). Is this less or ok or good.

I think it'd be good for a base
Back in 2008, a recruiter told me that in Seattle, CCIE (or equivalent knowledge) were making $150K. Sorry to say, but $150K is entry level salary for most cloud companies in the US West.
About average in sjc or sea, maybe nyc. Anywhere else you are dreaming and I wouldn't give it to you if that is the base. If it is the total package then I would say it's low in the first 3 and about average or slightly above elsewhere.
