Guessing the board likes to be involved with a company that has slowly and painfully gone to $hit because of the leadership they approve of. Just tells your how involved the board really is...they are just there to collect their share.

You do realize the board of directors makes this call, right? Nobody else. Either vote for different board members if you have shares, or reach out to them directly. Ranting here is pretty pointless.
Your question to my question has a simple answer.. It takes more than one person to oust a Chief Elfectuve Officer genius.
