If you've been with UHG for a couple of years you know that no matter what kind of results we are posting, there will be cuts. Good or bad, it makes no difference when it comes to RIFs. The only way to deal with this is to have a plan ready. Always check available jobs, save as much as you can, network... That's how I'm keeping my sanity intact amid constant cuts.

Job market seems pretty good. Getting lots of outreach from recruiters. Set your LinkedIn profile to "open to work" and see if you get hits.
