I know several people who were significantly underpaid at Cisco and only realized that after they transferred to other companies, so it's good to see that people are more willing to talk about their pay openly these days. The only one who benefits from us hiding it is the company.

New MRRs yeah… everyone raise to MRR1 yeah… Still losing folks for better offers.
Converted to BB back in 2019. Program Manager in CX. Located in Midwest (remote). Grade 11, 140k base, 15% bonus, 60K in RSUs since conversion. No raise since conversion.
GR6 making $73k base, 2 yrs at Cisco. No kids, no wife, no mortgage, located in midwest. Enough for me.
You can easily see your own if an employee… Then ask your MRR range. That’s a good benchmark.
I manage a team, one guy makes 50k more because of tenure and local than peer engineers. It was that way when he transferred to me. Suffice to say, he won’t get any of limited promo budget until I can bring up the others. So he’s sort of screwed unless just a rock start and can warrant.
Share grade, years at cisco, pay and group/org if possible
