How many still believe they'll be retiring from Cisco?

That was my plan back when I worked for Cisco. I only needed a few more years....but got screwed by a LR. Oh well....went to work for a competitor, then I retired per my plan. I could still work, but high tech has turned into a working nightmare....so sad.

yes, hopefully on my own terms at end of 2022. If hit by LR/ER before then that will be fine with me

I think so, probably in about 15 months. There is no career left for me , and I’ll never get a promotion or salary increase. If they offer something interesting as an ER package outside the US (unlike last time) I’ll be gone.

I believe I will be retiring from Cisco in 2 weeks.

23 years on the payroll and still going 'n going like Duracell. Life's good at Cisco, at least for me.

18 years on the payroll, seeing the last 4 years... This becomes doubtful to say the least

I hope to. Have worked for Cisco for 22 years and don't want to work anywhere else.

It used to be a given, but I think that's no longer true.
