I thought it was interesting that new VP in commerce intro email just stated "she lives in Minneapolis" nothing like she will move to beaverton once campus opens...but maybe reading too much into this....her boss lives in SF so for him I guess don't care where she lives.

Im calling bs on this unless OP can provide further details. I sat in two all hands this week where they reiterated that you could only work remote if your role was remote prior to the pandemic. Why would delta change their minds in regards to the 3-2 approach when they’ve consistently communicated how important in-person collaboration is to our culture (which is FALSE).
this was already discussed in the company all hands and a little more detail in the Global tech all hands. No details they just said they were going to start a "pilot" and in seconds the chat window was like "we just completed a 18 month pilot!!!" :-) It did sound like mainly tech but John was a little vague in who besides tech.
