I was outside by my car and was approached by someone from a union. They have heard how bad Sam's club and management is treating it's employees and plan on being at the club for the event.

Things are getting worse at Novi Sam’s Club. I think our only hope is a Union. Home office is not listening to us about management. Covid was horrible but we stayed and worked so our club could stay open and help our members. The company made a ton of money and now we are being treated horribly. Sam Walton would be ashamed of how this club is being ran by the management staff.

If Sam's would go back to respecting the individual. Treating people the way you would want to be treated then I would agree. But now there is no respect and nothing but mayhem!
We do not need a blood sucking union speaking for us and taking our money! Our company just needs to start taking care of their associates like they used to . We were once a happy company with loyal associates. When H.O. stopped being loyal to us we failed ! Bring back the basics of Mr. Sam!! He was a smart business man!
Unions are a cancer. I can speak for myself. I will not pay some fat assed oxygen thief to speak for me.
Unions are more crooked than the company itself.
Only thing different you will find is your having to pay union dues = less money in your pocket. Go ahead suckers

Been with the company for awhile and I am starting to think we would be better off with a union.
