Seeing some trolls out from under their bridges today.
Educate yourselves
LA was hit by major storms 3X last year and some of the states infrastructure had still had not fully recovered before IDA, the major utility companies in the state have not done the best of jobs upgrading and hardening the gird/power infrastructure, and power and transport-fiber outages repairs are a big part of the restoration efforts , some areas are still underwater or mud, and FirstNet towers are not indestructible For me supporting the recovery effort is one of the more meaningful and proudest parts of my job and the efforts I see from so many areas of the business is humbling. Leadership is engaged and supportive. Dislike the C-suite if you must but if you're an active or retired AT&T employee you should be confident and proud of being a part of this company.

I was with T for many years most often putting T before my personal life often missing family functions or parties with friends. Then T showed its true colors when they turned on me. From that point forward, this job is nothing more than a paycheck! No more loyalty, no more OT, no longer care about its success. Just a job until retirement, nothing more. I suspect things will get worse before they get better and it will, but I'll already be long gone!

ok, im going to put my foot in my mouth but today I am gloating. Last year T gave me the boot, I was blessed to land at VZ in two months. Seeing T getting hammered due to the storm does give me a bit of personal satisfaction. Also seeing T getting hacked and us not (at least not publicly) does make me feel a wee bit proud, but as they say pride comes before a fall and while T and TMob (hacking) are in the news in a negative way, tomorrow it could be us. I feel bad for the customers with no service and employees who are stained by being associated with T, I pray for the employees working 25 hours a day to restore service in LA to be safe. they are the "heroes" not the as-----s in the C suite who made the bad decisions not to build the LA network properly due to cheapness and how are not providing service when needed.

If things were going good the Insider page would be littered with stories about FirstNet, etc. Silence in this case tells us all we need to know.

"either you are with us ATT or against us. support ATT and make it a better company or just please leave."

Thank you @1xca+1cAvPPr. Finally someone has the courage to say what needs to be said: Just blindly support the T leadership regardless of their incompetence, history of mismanagement and bewildering business decisions, destruction of the company from inside, devastation of the benefits, and descent into permanent debt.

We drones should simply bow down and prostrate ourselves before the T gods. Heaven forbid anyone dare point out that Stink has no clothes or hair! After all, great companies and nations are all built on blind subservience and unquestioning obedience.

Honestly, people like you are the reason T is such a spithole. How about this, Sally, either you refuse to just kowtow to the corrupt imbeciles in charge or just leave. T needs to change now. Being a slobbering sycophant makes you part of the problem.

I guess Ratty and Stinky with their boneheaded $100B merger gambles betting the entire company, but they are still around!

Nothing we us grunts can do to recover from their S T U P I D I T Y and the malfeasance of the BoD.

Nah, T doesn’t get a pass this time. They’ve had 16 years do design a more robust and resilient network in LA and have failed. Firstnet is a laughing stock.

Dude, it's a hurricane. It doesn't discriminate. Power is out everywhere. Generators get flooded out. It is what it is.
