Time to dust off your prose and put together your greatest hits from the past performance year. You can re-live those fond memories, like: stalling progress, stifling creativity, afternoon wfh naps, diversity training, agile enablement, diversity training 2, and bs zoom calls with leadership. The list goes on and on, and is only limited to your ability to recall another wasted year in your financial services career. Fml

The other great thing about the annual review/bonus process is that your subject to review by your manager and that managers peers. What a freaking joke, to have others weigh in on your performance in an open forum. Personal feelings come forward no matter what, if one of those peers don’t like u, you’re done. So kiss up. Hold doors. And maybe change your D&I status. That might help.
