Lately my manager just doesn't stop directing criticism at me. I don’t know if it’s animosity, maybe it isn’t, but I certainly don’t think it’s fair and constructive criticism either. Only if I suddenly went from a person who does his job well to a person who doesn't know how to do his job at all.

The manager is trying to move you out. Likely you made him/her/they self conscious about something or someone higher up gave you praise and the manager didn't like it.
That's how Nike management works.
Sounds like you may have fallen out of favor for whatever reason and your manager may be trying to build a case. See if you can gain it back by finding out what’s important to them or their pain points and try and help there.
Simultaneously, document, document, document and record your conversations. This might not help all that much if they really want you out but at least you won’t get gaslit and you’ll have something to support you.
When you realize your manager is the management version of you, and is getting d*cked around just the same.
This has also happen to me and others in my dept when our LT doesn’t have the courage to stand up for what’s right and gives in to other leaders demands. It’s the easiest and safest way out.
Sounds like you’re boss is agitated, maybe paranoid about something, and it’s probably not you. In my Nike experience this sort of thing has always been a red flag for a team reshuffle or layoff
Ask for specific details and while on Zoom ask them to repeat themselves while you write down every word. Make sure you say to them that you want to make sure you understand how and why that is affecting your performance. When they go oddly silent ask them if there is anything else that may be affecting your performance, the tables will be flipped and your problem will go away.
