I mean, could it be any worse? Now I have a feeling that I work in the most disorganized company I have ever worked for.

Nike and disorganized is all I know. Lots of talented people but their expertise gets squandered. time and energy wasted on strategy only for the person leading it to move internally or get fired. New person comes in and throws it away to recreate the wheel. Rinse, repeat.
It’s clearly doing something right to be as a big a brand as it is but it could be so much greater if it wasn’t such a clusterfuck.
Let's hope the ridiculous "Working Group" model in IE gets dismantled. All the fake roles just cause confusion. (Coach, quarterback, etc... When people are really just Project Managers or Scrum Masters.) What a legacy mess courtesy of the recently-ousted gaslighter.
