The mixer business is being sold off at long last and split from the pump business. Good luck with selling as your competitors are not stupid and will not be rushing to buy.
Joining pumps and mixers was a disaster and should never have happened, it’s set the pump business back 10 years and lost Mono market share

No, we need to sell the mixer business and make it someone else’s problem.
You make a good point with regard the sales people, waste of time but lest not forget our design team who make the products so special! They are weeks late and the quality is something else, just saying like
We need to sell mixers. Not the mixer business. Sales haven’t even been in work for the past 18 months. There is plenty of work if only the sales team could be bothered.
No more investment in the UK until it starts turning a profit, and that’s not going to happen anytime soon unless we develop something that adds to green energy and costs nothing to make. As I said, not not going to happen. I am quoting from a recent meeting held in the US, face facts, we are all doomed whilst NOV own us. Just saying like!

Just accept it, you owe the sales guys a big thank you for keeping you lazy lot in a job, still don’t understand the need for overtime but not our problem, just makes us less competitive and reduces the margin the sales team fight hard for, just saying like!

Not true the Ex Derby team are not in charge of pumps unless you refer to sales management , engineering is pump dedicated, application engineers are pump dedicated, please base your inane ramblings on fact and stop blaming poor manufacturing performance and engineering on ideas You’ve clearly plucked out of nowhere, your talking to someone who knows this business inside out and it’s obvious the only good thing coming out of greengate is the road home. If you really hate your job so much just leave and make the workplace a less poisonous environment for your colleagues it’s not that difficult
