January 3rd will be the last day Honeywell employees report to Morris Plains. It is all Cigna now.
All employees will be given the option to move to another hub or be laid off by December.

My hypothesis is that AM will be divested in the next few years. The way AM and UOP are being carved-out and separated from PMT are clear signal to upcoming divestment. You also see executives jumping the ship lately. Morris Plains facility is just a small component in the equation. This news may not be true now but it will happen in the next 2 years.
Time to get resumes up dated and out to find a new job it appears.
@1qat: Agree, it's not "official" as the OP's post states until Honeywell releases a notification. It's likely a 30-40 year old troll still living in his family's basement.

I messaged a couple of ex-colleagues who still work at Morris Plains. No announcement as of yesterday and they strongly refuted the rumor. There is an announcement that 2,100 Cigna employees will more into the building, but no timeline specified.
Did the official notice come out or still the leading rumor???. Which is now 4-5 years old?
What happened. Are they selling or moving AM? GK (the president) kept saying that we won’t move as NJ is the biopharma hub.
