I feel for the new hires. Remember when you went away for weeks put up in a hotel somewhere if far enough, or at least in a class with people for a week. Now it's all on the computer and apparently they aren't learning anything of value about the job or how to do it. Bring on the seasonal workers!

They don’t want to train you, that would mean they consider you valuable and worth investing in, which they don’t. It just costs them more in the long run, when you have untrained employees fumbling around in their jobs. Whatever….
Went to HQ for 3 weeks hotel and food paid for. The next round of new hires never got that treatment. They’ve been scaling back every nice incentive since 2014. Kind of pathetic really.
I think I went out of town for a week and then did two extra weeks in the store? It's been a long time. Wrong board also MB
