Ok when do we hear if we got an increase or RSUs?

local like focal review is very tough this year for some groups, determined to eliminate bottom 5%,, have lots of people IM me for open positions if any and up coming.. look like some one on one are purposely set to eliminate you.. during this review.

With real inflation running in the double digits, something has to done or there will be a mass exodus of the top talent.
It is around Sept 23. Bonus day in US is Oct 1st.
BS - non ELT people will get rewards around Oct 1st.
FYI - it is not as big as the ELT has been communicating. We were given very little in the way of rewards. It will be only the top 10% of your team and it will only be 1-2%. 3% if you are lucky. All the money was spent on promotion for those to EVP earlier this year.
