Good to see Cisco trying to get involved in cloud computing!
If someone leaves a group or a group needs an engineer with specific talent they always open a replacement req or a new req.
It is very difficult to find a cloud senior or architect engineer with real good skills, market is very competitive now.
Of course to cut cost, they fire here and transfer jobs or outsource to consulting companies.

Is the hiring freeze over? I know my group will be devoured this fall and our interim leadership does not know what is coming.
