Banks are cr-p - don't ever work for one! They force their employees back in office because they have commercial real estate holdings and will do anything that helps those turkeys from going the way of the do-do bird.
Get out of there, find another job!
Yup. they will be pulling badge reports. And if your manager allowed you to work from home a few days a week, they will have to answer to why you're not there full time. Or they might jut throw you under the bus.

Let us know how that woorks out. I have not seen in any communication about a hybrid working option. Your department may be different or you might be shown the door sooner then you think.
I'm returning on Thursday 9/9, but I've decided to just work from home a few days a week. I have many open applications out in various stages of screening and interviews. Expect to be out of here within the next 6 weeks, so they can do whatever they want with my disobedience.
This RTO with the variants rampaging through the country is going to be a disaster. This is really going to make BOA look real bad. We are going to have many employees contracting this deadly virus because of heartless leadership . This company has really went down to the shlitter.
