Some work hard, others work the bare minimum. It might not even be such a problem if those who work hard were finely appreciated, because if it weren’t for such people the company would collapse under the combined weight of all its slackers. But no... It's the other way around here. Here, those who work minimally are valued the most. Sorry for being so negative but I just had a very frustrating situation from which I can only conclude once again that investing effort here is not worth it. Is that what NOV wants?

Pity help you if you get sick in montrose due to the behavour of others.You will be fired at the earliest opportunity if you are not a favourite of your manager, rather than they get to the root cause of the problem.
IF you try to fix problems or even address them you are considered a trouble maker. They just want people to go along so everything can be getting on. This ship has been sinking for a decade and longer and no one wants to admit they are taking on water. Rather, it's a lower profile .
Slackers are winners....that's the company's motto. Don't believe me... ask the id*ot CMO. If you want to dig deeper and see an even bigger slacker, go see the Segwaynator. Stop whining and milk them for what its worth, it's not that complicated.
