Mandatory testing for all non vaccinated employees.
Here’s the concern. No privacy- email had everyone’s name that has to be tested.

This is far from a losing battle! If you follow the non-sheeple media you will see protests rising up at local, state, and international levels. My grandfathers and great uncles fought against the Fascism of their day and the seemingly overwhelming odds in WWII. That didn't deter them from storming the beaches of Normandy and Iwo Jima! My father and uncles fought against Socialism/Communism and I swore my oath to fight terrorism, foreign and domestic.

Yes, there will be dark days and Sunshine Patriots/Summer Soldiers just as in the time of our Founding Fathers' fight against tyranny, but We The People too will overcome!

The CDC has indicated that both the vaccinated and unvaccinated can contract and spread the virus. If the true purpose of this screening is to control the spread and protect the staff, then it only makes sense to swab both the vaccinated and unvaccinated prior to entry into the building. This clearly is not the goal. This is likely the first salvo of many in "the full-court press of campaigning, proselytizing, cajoling, correcting on the science" in order to nudge/coerce the unvaccinated into taking the unwanted 'vaccine'.

First, masks don’t stop the spread of an aerosolized virus (breathing/speaking). At best, breath escapes out the sides of the masks (see people who wear masks and have their glasses fog up). At worst, they act as collection points. Masks are the biggest joke played on society.

Second, vaccinated spread the virus as well. So why advocate for the jab?

Third, if we now decide that the spread of any communal disease should be controlled then when will testing become mandatory for the bacterial/viral diseases that ki-l at higher rates?

Lastly, if medical costs are your concern I would like access to your kitchen to verify you don’t consume known immune suppressing foods. Also I expect you will perform minimum exercise recommendations and will show proof of compliance. Heart disease is still the number one ki---r. If you don’t comply, you don’t care. Do you understand where this leads?? Open your eyes.

This is a losing battle. Not just at the corporate level, but government at all levels. The nation has absolutely lost their minds, mandating how we maintain our own health, knowing full well that natural immunity is scientifically the best way to contain something that was born to mutate and resist any vax attempt.

You can file a formal complaint with the EEOC online within 180 days of your employer's unlawful medical information disclosure. If you have a valid case, the agency will launch an investigation, and has the authority to seek remediation and penalties from the employer on your behalf.

This should not be considered legal advice, but for the HON jab mandate that's coming, the pro-bono legal fund I contacted informed me that unless I find my dream job in the interim, DO NOT QUIT, but instead make them fire you to get the best standing in a lawsuit.

HON Legal & HR know that this is a big issue and that is why they are going full coercion mode. They want as many serfs as possible to either accept the jab via coercion or quit.

If any requested exemption is denied, this will allow the next step, which is to file a complaint with the EEOC. Under the current administration, the EEOC will not likely grant any relief, but then you will be able to go to court. May God save the Republic.

Bearing in mind that both vaccinated and unvaccinated can carry and spread the virus - this action appears to have little health & safety basis. I’m amazed they think it is good business to adopt punitive measures as part of their coercion strategy (against what must be a substantial percentage of employees). They shouldn’t be surprised then, if they are hit with reciprocal punitive measures (individual or collective) that impact their bottom line.

The constant swabbing and public shaming are coercive bullying, but could Aero Olathe stay open if it loses over 100 employees? I know for a fact that departments like Receiving, Quality, etc. are way behind due to people quitting. I also know of 6 more Techs who are in the process of leaving this month. Maybe in the longer run it doesn't matter to management as Cedar Creek is on the year-end chopping block.

No, I don't think so.

Don't want a jab? Fine. Wear a mask and get tested.

For the past 18 months those of us on the floor of Olathe-Cedar Creek were called "essential" and "heroes" for reporting to work everyday and even working mandatory OT to keep aviation going during the lockdowns.

Now, suddenly, the approx. 160 "unvaccinated" on the public email from HSE lists us as lepers to be invasively swabbed twice a week & segregated from double jabbed who contract & spread Covid the same as everyone else.

Medical apartied has arrived in the US, so prepare to take a stand and fight for your constitutional rights. If you don't, you will never get them back...

FWIW -- flood the "Integrity" hotline with complaints about abuse of private medical status and HIPPA rights violations.

Also mention that this is discrimination in that the CDC is reporting that the "fully vaccinated" can carry a higher viral load of infection than those with none or acquired immunity. This is Hostile Workplace environment & CORESION at its worst!!

Also, the CDC has determined that the PCR test that is being used in invalid for COVID. From there, it might be time to use some sick days this week.

Prepare to lawyer up when the Jab mandate comes down.

The public shaming tactic...put all the offenders on a mail list...or worse yet, in a Group, like they did with all B4 employees who hadn't joined HIPAC.

So glad I now work with thoughtful, reasonable people...elsewhere.
