Lol the talent already left, they were smart enough and left many months ago. BofA is a place for B and C level professionals, with a sparse population of A who leave within the first 2 years.
It’s a shame to lose all this talent in droves.
Four more interviews over the next week for me, and I just got another email today to schedule a 5th. All paying 30%-60% more...I should have done this long ago instead of eeking by with tiny inflation increases.
This can’t be true. Cathy is too awesome to leave behind. I couldn’t live with myself without the queen of pettiness lording over my life.
But hey. They are offering to buy us lunch tomorrow. So management must care about us to so extent.
In the past most people were afraid of getting laid off. Now we just hope we don’t get sick and die.
