My assumption is that you knew a higher up who basically put you into a management position without any skills or experience judging by all the errors in what you posted. Don't come up here downgrading anyone.

Oh no I don't have to leave, I can have you pay me for sitting at home and not being bothered, with your micromanaging obnoxious self, full pay for upto a year. For your information, most reps have a degree, me being one of them. Yes I hate the job and will leave not when you want me to leave but when I am good and ready and you'll be leaving 2 weeks before Christmas on that good ole RIF Verizon is so notorious in giving...Lol!!
Prison really? My assumption is you have no college and I've been at this job forever therefore have no marketable skills. Do I sound correct? My assumption is you make about $75,000 a year. What other company would want you? What are the company would let you take 30 FMLA days and offer god-awful productivity if you hate the company so bad simply leave
CSSC is not going to get a package now or never , its's to easy to fire reps if need be . So if you want to leave just make like a tree and leaf .
I will co-sign that again, "From your lips to God's ears". I heard a rumor about something possibly coming for November. CSSC really needs that SEIPP. With everyone who will accept the offer if it is given, I'm hoping I'll be accepted so I can break free of this prison we know as Verizon.
