Good number of managers here don’t manage anything, it's a very common phenomenon here. I'm sick of their big talk because
they don't add much value,
they think they are smarter than everyone else,
they think they are the only ones creative
and they are convinced that they are more qualified than they really are.

To those bi-----g about managers what departments do you work in at a curiosity?
Uhh, because they are useless and think they have more knowledge than the employee with far more years in the company than they have.
Most managers have to deal with waaay more cr-p than you know. Think they are all useless? Try being one.
Our managers are pretty decent, I feel badly for them mostly, when I see some of the cr-p they have to deal with. They’re just waiting to get out like everyone else.
