I don’t know how much longer I can mentally take it. Trying to make through end December because I need bonus but it is increasingly difficult. Any suggestions on how/should I try to take unpaid leave or medical absence for few weeks and then come back by EOY? Again trying to make it for financial reasons but not sure how much more I can take.

You only have to work 6 days of the month to be edible for that month’s bounus. It’s prorated by month. I’m leaving in November, so I’ll get 11 months.
Most are in the same boat. Just keep floating in this rudderless vessel and the storm will pass. All will be well soon. Just remember many more are worse off. The light is bright at the end of the tunnel. My mantra is show up get paid. Worse thing that can happen is your job is eliminated or you are terminated. So what.
Go to the dis-ability part of town and get a doctor that will let you ride the dis-ability and fmla pony for all it's worth...... I know many people that have not worked more than 5 or 6 months per year for 20+ years. Any reason will do as long as you can find a doctor that will do the paperwork. One suggestion is recurring acute vertigo that makes it unsafe for you to drive to work, that will get you at least 10 paid days of fmla and I think it is at least 60 or 70 unpaid days with no recourse (not interested personally in unpaid days so not exactly sure about how many).
Adopt a kid….3 mos paid just like that. Lol
Consider every day to be battle pay
Money should never play into your own well being. Just cut and go. You should still get prorated bonus next year.

"On the bright side, hundreds of employees have suddenly found religion during the last couple months and will pray for you."
Religious accommodation protection is not limited to crucifixes and dusty books. This also covers creed, sincere beliefs held to the same extremity as a religion, and moral codes and do not have to be "validated" by the likes of ignorant people like yourself.
Are you paid that poorly that you tolerate all this mental anguish so you can get your full
bonus? I think it is time to re-evaluate your lifestyle, finances and if you can find a better job outside T. Please take better care of yourself.
Hanging around for what may be a paltry bonus, and may in fact not be anything at all, isn't a good plan. Take care of yourself.
Stock futures for major indexes are up this morning- ENJOY!
Talk to your doctor regarding mental stress and It's impact on your physical well being. See if you can get FMLA and short term disability. If You're considering su----e or hurting yourself doctors take the situation seriously (wink wink)

Please seek professional help. T has good benefits. Talk to your doctor.
You get 3 paid sick incidents.. which are no more than 5 consecutive days each. Take advantage of that.
What bonus?
Take the 15 days of paid family leave. It’ll eat up a few weeks…….
Man up?
Need a tissue?
Pathetic.
