Surely after all of the layoffs, benefit cuts and retirement, then 3 senior engineers quitting back to back at Holmes Road earlier this year and the complete failure that management team has been they were able to replace those 50+ years of experience and get back on track with some tacos and a folding table at Sheldon Road with a 'hiring fair' and a few posts on LinkedIn, yeah?

Yes, calls still every other week. Les the Mess sits in his little captains chair and rambles on for 3 hours like he’s Napoleon planning for the battle of Waterloo. Then he and Coach tell us how important it is we get in front of our customers so we can sell them products we can’t make anymore.
Are they still doing the Alt and coating calls every week? No wonder their competition is eating their lunch, the sales people are sitting in these pointless meetings every week. The Alt calls were the biggest waste of time for both managers and reg employees it just became laughable. So lucky I was able to get a job with the competition and get out of there. Hey Tuboscope, 1979 called, they want their technology back.

This place has struggled since Segway mall security guard left us and went to rig. We really need him back. Even for simple office Adminstrative issues: permission slips, tardy notice, dr-g screening, parking lot security… I miss him.
Sounds like his buddies left him behind. Real engineers off with real jobs making real money while he's still stuck at Holmes Road doing ALT calls and thinking of all those years without raises adding up.
Jealousy. Anyone left is because they can't get it.
Why do you keep mentioning these 3 engineers so badly?? Just follow them and if you can’t let it go. This isn’t healthy.
