BNY is a cost cutter. Outdated and no growth so cut higher paid (older) employees. It is essentially Amtrak. The government needs it to run but unwilling to pay. Similar to hitting a pothole, the road still works but not going to pay to fix it. Cyber hackers have already hit it but too big too ask for money. All employees there have been hacked as I learned trying to apply for unemployment.
