I'm glad for people who are leaving here, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a way out yet. So I'm going to have to deal with problems here a little bit more, like the problem when a person left last week which has largely disrupted my work.
Unfortunately, I heard a few more stories of people who were greatly affected by the departure of colleagues, who suddenly did not know to whom they would send an e-mail and the like. What are your experiences with colleagues leaving and how does that affect you?
