Intel HR is too sensitive

So petty that they monitor this everyday and report posts.

That's why I always use a VPN here. Not failsafe, but good.

@3pjx+1cPLXCbi: that many types sound like overkill. If someone has multiple skills, but his current job narrows his type to a specific area, understandable he wants to change. Knew such examples many years before this type of cast.

They monitor your LinkedIn account. That’s a fact. Believe it or not they also look at peoples Facebook posts and activity. Just saying. If you leave Intel they will monitor your socials. They want to make sure you don’t take negative about intel. It’s actually in the packet you sign to get your last check.

having said Intel HR monitor this website means these ppl care on what you guys said.
in my careers, and from what I had learned in the past. I should take pride when Chipzilla cares what I had to say, especially ncluding those ppl who had left them
lol. What a focus for Diversity & Inclusion...after all, it matters only when ppl leave/left

The latest mess is the slotting of 21k software engineers into 84 type casted boxes. They assume engineers are naive and fall for this re-labeling so that they can conveniently use AI to compare, grade and figure out where to let go, where to hire and pay to retain. This will certainly cause folks to move away from Intel causing the opposite effect of what they hope to achive. Good luck to you HR!

It’s trivially easy to access this site with your phone (ARM powered).

Website blocking is so futile. It speaks volumes about the dinosaurs that run Intel.

How are you so certain? if someone really needs to monitor from work, as part of the job, getting special permission from IT is not impossible.

this website is blocked by Intel
how the HR manage to monitor if they cannot access it at work?
you mean someone in HR doing this off work?

That's because of the $300 million that Krzanich allocated for "workplace diversity."
