So all new associates will start at $15 an hour starting September 25th...but really all that is left under that is maintenance.... And Leads will now start at at least $19 an hour... So that would be MSL's and Merchandise Leads, and fresh will probably get raises at well, cause why not. Long time leads, you're out of luck again... Soon guys off the street will start where your at after working at Sam's for 10, 20, 25 years. But they raised the ceiling to $34 an hour in some areas. Smh

Sounds like people who have been there a while need to either quit and get rehired with new starting pay, or get educated and get a different job.
So if personal showers make 15.30 they will only get 70 cents or the whole dollar? Also in Dec I will be there 7 urs would O get another dollar then or no. Thanks
FYI. only SELECT positions got a raise. AGAIN. NOT store wide. Management too cowardly to even tell us that Corporate doesn't value 65% of their departments
I have been with this company 25 yrs never take time off, lost 400 hours in the cloud, don’t get a paid holiday anymore and now new people come in my area making $17 a hour I worked a lifetime to get that. And I get a stupid 1.00 raise. A new guy started month ago got two bucks. The heck rotten company to work for.

I've been with Sam's going on 27 years. I am a backroom associate and have been maxed out for 4 years. So with all my time and knowledge I am receiving 30 cents which will max me out again. I believe that most of my knowledge is slowly being forgotten!
remember , not all fork drivers are fork merch... right now no one in our club is a fork merch person.. they would not give the official title to anyone on morning shift saying it was only for evenings. Now on evenings no one has it either. No one in our club gets paid extra for being a fork driver.
So as usual the long term associates now make the same as new highers. This is so unfair. Been with company for 16 years and make just over 17 an hour. Where are our raises?? 2% is nothing at all. I
Company wide everyone is getting some sort of raise at the club level. Even long term employees, might be small but at least it a raise.
Am I understanding correctly that @ Sams CEO that only tire /battery, fork lift drivers, personal shoppers. And MSL, are to get raises above what they currently make which already at or above $15 hourly? For example, front end which is considered member services who have been with tge company and are currently at 15 will not get a raise??
No maintenance is not the only one! Gas is still only at eleven an hour. Been there more than four years. The guy that’s been in gas for fourteen years isn’t even fifteen.

I'm in company for 18+ make already 18.50 so how much I'll make now?? I been in various departments I do lots of different duties but not on paper. Members specialist now merchandiser. Come time rarely call out no points. I don't all that counts??? I guess not new comer come ....don't know half things and gets paid good.... I don't know any consideration being royal associates that goes for whole come wide to all.
I work fulfillment got a raise to 18 plus a extra dollar for being with the company longer than 7 years so I’m now making 19 dollars. I’m not complaining
